You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username, password and pin, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify ImpalaPay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ImpalaPay is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account information.

The fees for using the platform may vary depending on the amount of airtime services you purchase and the the method of payment involved.The applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the platform before you confirm the transaction. Fees will be deducted from your account balance at the time of the transaction. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the platform.

ImpalaPay may change the fees at any time, but we will provide you with prior notice of any changes. If you continue to use the Platform after the fee changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the new fees. If you do not agree to the new fees, you may terminate your use of the Platform.

You may fund your account using various payment methods, including mobile money, bank transfers, and card payments. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. ImpalaPay is not responsible for any errors or delays in processing payments that result from incorrect payment information.

ImpalaPay is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website. We implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your data.

In no event shall ImpalaPay be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of the form of action.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya. ImpalaPay reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

ImpalaPay reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement.

ImpalaPay may terminate this agreement and your access to the platform at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the platform.
